REAL QUALITY

AMELIA JANE BROWN

Things of real quality last for generations.
AJ's dress was made by Great-Grandma Roseland Breece.
Worn by several granddaughters, now a great-granddaughter.
Quality handiwork made with great care by arthritic hands,
stitched with love.
MEMORY VERSE INTERPRETATIONS

When we got in the car to go to church, Darren said, "I'm going to say to the teacher, 'Let us do good to all people.'"  That's the memory verse he  learned two weeks ago.  Amazing!
Sure enough, when we got to Sabbath School and it was time for the memory verse, he said to the teacher:  "Lettuce do good to all people.  I like to eat lettuce too.  And you know what?  I'm hungry!!"

DARREN-ISMS HEARD AT CHURCH TODAY

The kids were just finishing their Cheerios snack and Darren went to the Sabbath School Teacher and said, "Jesus, I would like some more, please."  I'm so glad he remembered his good manners...for Jesus!

EVERYONE who met Darren today was told:  "My name is Darren.  My police officer name is Darren but my nickname is D."  (That speeding ticket experience really made an impression, Mama.)

When talking to a friendly church lady, Darren informed her (after introducing himself, see above):  "I have a girlfriend."  The lady asked what his girlfriend's name is and Darren responded:  "Rikki.  Her name is Rikki."
